Ah Tuan Ee's @ The Curve, Numbered painting

Spent the day at Ikea, Ikano Power Centre and The Curve

:D

Bought some pretty cool stuff too! 

Had lunch at Ah Tuan Ee's 

Since I can't bite due to newly put elastics, 

I couldn't really eat these delicious Pai Tee's :(

But I managed to gobble a small part of it :3

and it was good :D

Sis ordered Taufoo 

and this wasn't exactly to my taste, but it is alright :D

Mum bought me numbered painting so I can feel like a pro :P

and cause I just love this things,

now you know I'm not pro :x

Either way, I'm gonna post the finished product kay? :D

Had a pretty tiring day but I IZ A HAPPY GIRL :D

Restoran Tak Fok @ Taman Desa

Right,

so guess where we're eating?

Tak Fok at Taman Desa!

Their menu didn't have their restaurant name on it so I just took a picture of the crab dishes

cause their specialty is CRAB.

I know, it's a dream come true~

But somehow, 

everytime we go and eat at Tak Fok, it rains. REAL HEAVY Dx

God, you just want to ruin it is it?? 

So anyway, 

we had to sit outside since all the tables indoors were reserved

plus it's more cooling outside.

Had lots of seafood (love)

and probably also grew fatter T.T

That is fried squid :D

Then we had CRAB!!

Yum yum yum!

I think this was supposed to be butter crab or something,

but the sauce tasted like pasta sauce ._.

But it's still edible with man tao :D

Had lala soup.

This was my first time trying, 

cause I have this skin condition that doesn't allow me to have seafood T.T

but I just paid a visit to a skin specialist, 

it's healing so I can finally eat! :D

I can't really make a remark on it cause it was my first time ><

And also since we were "celebrating" uncle Princeton's birthday,

it's a family tradition that we have noodles :D

I think it's a Chinese culture but it sure is my family's.

This is Curry Prawn :D

DELICIOUS but then I say all prawns are delicious :P

and the last dish,

SOFT SHELL CRAB.

This I really recommend to have as a snack or something, 

cause it's a good snack :P

The service, 

I would say it's not TOO bad, 

but it isn't very very great either because they are usually very busy as the restaurant is usually filled :/

If you really want to secure yourself a table, 

I'd suggest you make a reservation :D

Otherwise, just show up REAL early :)

and the pricing is also quite reasonable :D

btw, THEY SERVE LOBSTER TOO! :D

I spent it with ze family eating at Star Cafe at Taman Desa

Their menu :)

I've been there once before this, 

but apparently they change their menu pretty often so you will always find something new every time! 

I ordered a mixture of tomato+apple+carrot

:D

Had an aglio-oglio 

This aglio-olio was on the spicy side,

just a heads up :D

Ordered a carrot cake, apple crumble and chocolate cake with ice-cream

I can say that their food is very very fresh :D

and lil bro ordered their beef wellington

and their pastry is very fresh :)

I LOVED IT! XDXD

Would totally return there :)

Coco's Steamboat @ Old Klang Road

WHO LOVES STEAMBOAT? :D

I know I do~ 

So the family decided to try steamboat at

Coco's Steamboat Restaurant,

located on Old Klang Road

somewhat :P

We decided to try the place because my mum always wanted to try,

and my sister recommended it,

and I wanted steamboat

Yum right? xD

So basically, 

there were ALREADY lots of people there by 6.30pm!

It was REALLY crowded,

kinda hard to find table @.@

But the picture above was part of the set we ordered for 3 PEOPLE

Looks big right?

It's enough for 5 people okay @.@

Pork slices my sis ordered as extra :3

and the usual yee mer, mee hoon and eggs :D

This was our stuff in the claypot :D

We ordered their signature soup aka pork bone soup :D

Food quality, 

it was okay

not bad yet not super duper good 

Indeed the soup made everything taste better, 

but I wouldn't be addicted enough to go back

plus, it gets crowded REALLY fast so it's either we make reservations,

or we have a SUPER early dinner

Service wise, 

it was good,

the waiters tend to your needs but sometimes they may be too busy till they forget about you

RARE but happens

For first timers who are bored of their usual steamboat,

you can try here as it does have good food

but you'd have to be REALLY early

but otherwise, it's good to try for yourself :D

Sorry for the late update,

was watching my newly downloaded Pitch Perfect in my laptop :D

Anyway,

today the family went to Goku Raku Ramen for brunch ;)

Because we wanted to satisfy pork cravings and also Japanese cuisine cravings :D

To all muslims who read my blog,

I apologize if I insulted you by posting this but I just happen to eat pork today

and I wanna blog about it ><

So yeah,

We ordered char siew..

it was my first time having COLD char siew

so it was okay

my dad also learnt that Naruto was the fishcake 

and he started saying we were learning from fishcakes now

geddit geddit? xD

This was.. I forgot the name of

cause I forgot to try it ._.

but my dad loved it :D

and that's what matters 

This is their special gyoza,

it has less meat and more vegetables,

so gyoza lovers who love gyoza's with meat,

not really recommended

as this contained a lot of garlic as well as vegetables LOL

This was my meal :)

The ULTIMATE TOKYO SHOYU RAMEN

Sounds fancy right? :D

It was really good 

and according to my papa,

the ramen tasted just like the ramen he ate when he was in Tokyo, Japan!

There were also lots of Japanese people/family/couple

so I guess they really like it too! :DD

Service wise, 

they really tend to your needs and they are really nice :)

unlike some people who look as if they don't really care what you choose as long as they get paid

Thai galore!

Gonna be a food post today! :D

Sis and I had a craving for Thai food today :x

I dunno why xD

So we ate at Rayong Thai located in Danau Business Centre. 

This was our first time being there

so we really don't know what to expect

><

Sis and I ordered sets

and in the set was lemongrass water :D

It was my first time xD 

It really came in useful cause the fastest way to cool down burning tongues were sweet things xD

This is Pandan Chicken

and it is DELICIOUS 

:DD

To Pandan Chicken lovers out there, 

you should check it out! :D

Thai meals need to have FISHCAKES!

:D

These aren't spicy and it was really good and useful :P

This is the Green Curry for my set 

and it is SPICY alright

but the taste is really nice,

though the soup/broth is not very thick.

(You have been warned)

This is daddy's PINEAPPLE RICE! :D

This is my first time trying pineapple rice ><

It's not spicy at all,

but it really has a unique taste ._.

It's like sweet and delicious

cause the pineapple doesn't make the rice too sweet nor was it too bland 

I wanna eat that again xD

and what Thai meal is complete without TOMYAM soup? 

:DD

I have been a fan of tomyam soup ever since I started loving spicy food

><

cause it has a sour and spicy taste to it *drool*

This tomyam soup actually taste quite good compared to a lot that I've tried

and it also gives a good burn to the tongue :X

But that's the whole fun of it xD

Finally, 

to cool down the taste buds, 

tab tim krap/grob!!!

It's water chesnuts in coconut milk and ice basically,

this one they had nangka strips on them

This is actually really good compared to the last one I tried 

and I really like it :D

It's not too concentrated on the coconut milk hence the entire dessert is well-balanced :D
